The apartment itself is nice and spacious with plenty of storage, and I love how close it is to the trails, lake, zoo, etc. The hall of the building smells kind of funny, and the trains might be annoying for some people (I'm okay with them). It can be hard to find a parking spot too, even though parking is supposed to be free in the lots.

It's a in a very convenient location so you are able to easily get where you need to go. The pool is great in the summer time. Parking is easy. All in all, it is a pretty good place to live.

I love living here and feel like it is more like a long term home then any of the other apartments that i have lived in, in the past. :)

I was and still am very pleased with the quality of the apartments here and the managerial and maintenance staff. They are quick to answer questions and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues. Before I had moved in, I read some reviews on Como Park ( apartmentratings.com) though were some negatives comments, I wasn't discouraged. After living here for about 6 months now, I'm still happy with it and in retrospect, those negative comments looked to come from people who chose to nitpick or in some cases, completely confuse it for somewhere else. Location in the cities is great, I'm close to a lot of great areas (school, the park/zoo, lake, etc). Overall, I'm very happy here.

We haven't been here long, but the experience has surpassed expectations so far. The office staff are courteous and helpful. Maintenance is timely. Compared to other apartments I've lived in, this one by far the best. The only complaint is that the bathroom isn't very sound proof. I can hear into other apartments while in the bathroom. I can't hear anyone else while in the rest of the apartment.
